Doesn't work / Audio only comes out two audio channels

Please be sure if the blue light is on and product recognized on the Computer ''Device Management'' .
After turning off the original computer sound card drive, install the software.(This product is directly plugged in and automatically identifies the installation driver using USB protocol)
Make the right Audio Settings on software: To choose the right Channel according to the verified media file both at “System Input” & “Analog Output”.

Does not output 7.1 from optical: The audio adapter's SPDIF optical pass-through port supports two-channel audio, this port does not support 5.1 or 7.1 audio.
Not recognized by Mac:This external sound card doesn't compatible for Mac system. The included software only supports Win10/8/7systems.
NOTE 1:Not recommended for 7.1 headphones, as the 7.1 headset itself has 7.1 channel, resulting in no change.
NOTE 2: Suggest use VLC media player for personal use.
